In this picture there is a car in the center that labels "Obama Energy Policy" On the left there is obama pumping up the tire, and one the right is an elephant which represent republicans is poping the tire. This event symbolizes Obama's policy about reducing oil imports by one third by 2025, but the other party is trying to keep that from happening.
